Every project we take on requires moving our trucks, tools, equipment, and our team out to your home before the work can begin. On smaller handyman tasks or micro-repairs, these upfront mobilization costs end up making up the vast majority of the $1,250 project minimum.

Our team is best equipped to assist homeowners when there is a healthy list of repairs or a larger home improvement project that can be completed all at one time. This allows us to give you the best possible value for your money rather than charging high setup costs for a single small fix.
